If I could give 0 stars to myus.com, I would.
I would urge anyone who is thinking of using them to PLEASE reconsider and use another company. They are a scam and will hold your products forever, provide no customer service and charge you ludicrous amounts of money for shipping.
They held my packages for 2 months and provided me with no status claiming "Covid 19" as an excuse. I got so frustrated that I arranged for my own courier go to pick my packages up from them and told them to have the packages ready. After 9 failed attempts, I finally found the text of the VP of customer service and wrote a scathing note to her. I received no response, but the next courier attempt was successful. I had my packages sent to another freight forwarder who immediately logged my packages and sent them out (myusaddress.ca).
myus.com does not answer phonecalls, you cannot leave messages, they do not have an online chat, so the only way you can communicate with them is email which takes days to respond and the responses are useless. You will seriously regret it if you go with them and their bogus claims...they have great marketing but NOTHING behind it…just money grabbers.
