NM kept me up to date about where my package was the entire time. Speaking of package, the wrapping and presentation of the item were immaculate (includes a handwritten card!). “I can’t even put into words how BEAUTIFUL the Nadine merabi bridal pieces are! I had been stalking the Sadie white dress since I got engaged and knew I needed to have it for my reception. I was unfamiliar with the sizing and DMed with the company on Instagram and they responded right away. I sent Carly my measurements and she helped me pick the best size. The shipping of my dress was SO fast I couldn’t believe it and the packaging was also top notch. The dress fit perfectly and was even more beautiful in person. When I postponed my wedding I reached back out to Carly to see the best way to store it for over a year so that it wouldn’t get damaged and she was very quick to reply with recommendations. “I bought my dress for my hen do and it made me feel amazing and was such good quality. The only thing I would say is I find their dresses a little long - I am quite petite and has to get it taken up which is a little annoying to pay for when the dress is already quite expensive. But aside from that I loved it!”

“I’ve only ordered one item so far but am so impressed with Nadine Merabi already. The quality of the jumpsuit I received is great with beautiful details. I would expect quality fabric and tailoring at the price point though, so what really has impressed me more than anything is the attentive service. First, my package arrived within a day or two of ordering. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive it so quickly, and delivered by fed ex requiring a signature which was nice. Then upon opening, the box it came in is really nice and tied with a thick ribbon which made it feel special to open. On top of it, there was a card inside with my name hand written on the envelope. Nice touch. Then to take it up another bar, when I tagged Nadine Merabi’s Instagram account in my story, someone responded and asked how the fit was!! That really impressed me. Then when I posted another story of the fit, once again I received a response that felt really genuine asking where I planned to wear my new outfit.
My one and only suggestion would be to make it more clear on the website that the belt comes with the jumpsuit. I loved how the belt looked in photos so I was actually trying to hunt down the belt because I thought it didn’t come with it. I was so happy and excited to open the box and see the belt with it!! Although, had I bought a belt because I didn’t know it would come with, I might be annoyed. This is so minor because like I said it was such a nice surprise that the belt came with. To be fair this may have been an oversight on my part. I am honestly blown away by the stunning and unique options they offer and with such attentive service. I am so happy to have found this brand and am already looking forward to what I might purchase next!!
