“I just visited their website and 2 days later I checked my cc statement and I was charged for a dress that I never ordered. they charged my card without my permission. And stating that I purchased the item when I didn't even get an email confirmation! Liars! I dont even know how they got my cc info. Horrible customer service. Impossible to get a hold of them thru email. For something that I didn't order they charged me for shipping too! And when I finally returned the dress they refunded my money but charged me 55 Canadian dollars for shipping. Horrible way of customer service. Check your cc statement even if you just browsed on their website, they will make it look like you purchased yourself!! Not professional at all!!!”

“I was a little nervous to purchase something from overseas, but oh my goodness was it worth it. The dress I bought had the most fantastic/heavy/great quality fabric and the zipper was heavenly. NM kept me up to date about where my package was the entire time. Speaking of package, the wrapping and presentation of the item were immaculate (includes a handwritten card!). They even give you your own NM garment bag! I would love to add a photo, but it’s for my engagement party! Will definitely be ordering from them again.”

I was unfamiliar with the sizing and DMed with the company on Instagram and they responded right away. I sent Carly my measurements and she helped me pick the best size. The shipping of my dress was SO fast I couldn’t believe it and the packaging was also top notch. The dress fit perfectly and was even more beautiful in person. “I bought my dress for my hen do and it made me feel amazing and was such good quality. The only thing I would say is I find their dresses a little long - I am quite petite and has to get it taken up which is a little annoying to pay for when the dress is already quite expensive. But aside from that I loved it!”
