“Fraudulent return process - they have been holding on to my $1600 for months. I have spent hours on phone with credit card company and emails to Nadine Merabi and it is still not sorted despite the fact that they have my returned products. Whoever emails you from “customer service” is a complete moron and does not even attempt to help. I can’t describe how bonkers of an experience I’ve had especially for a brand that charges so much money. Shop elsewhere - it is not worth it.”
“I ordered a blazer and pants. The pants were too big so I did an immediate return. They charged me $25 for shipping. I, then, placed another order for a smaller size pant and they were too small. So, I immediately did a return for the pants and blazer. They said I had to use two different boxes, 2 different tracking numbers at $25 each. That's $75 down the drain for shipping. I got money back for refund on the first pair of pants I bought about 3 weeks after return. I could see they received the return of my other two items and I waited and waited for refund. None! So I sent a threatening letter with all my tracking info as well as day and time they received it, and told them I wanted my return immediately or I was contacting my bank. Two days later my refund was issued. I would not advise shopping with this company! Too many others out there that offer excellent customer service and better return/refunds.”
“I didn’t receive my refund. I received the email confirmation that they received my return and i will receive my money in 7-10 days. This was on 11/12/24 and now is 06/01/2025 and no money received. I sent so many emails and nobody replied. Do not order, if you have to return no refund.”
“Purchased items in excess of £1,000, I paid for next day delivery which I was told by Royal Mail was not used even though I had been charged . My items were not despatched for next day and in fact I spent a lot of time chasing for these to get delivered in time for my Christmas Event. No way of getting a quick response and this company will only deal with emails at their own time and will. I have returned items that were the wrong size but company have not recognised both items only decided to recognise one of the items - so protect yourselves from this type of company.”

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s return policy, especially during the holiday season. I purchased several items as gifts, only to find out that the return window was ridiculously short—barely long enough to account for holiday shopping, let alone gifting and exchanges.
By the time I gave the gifts and realized some didn’t fit, the return period had already expired. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a scripted response and no flexibility whatsoever. They seemed completely uninterested in accommodating holiday shoppers, which is shocking given how common extended return windows are this time of year.
Now I’m stuck with clothes that don’t fit and no options other than trying to resell them myself. I expected much better from a supposedly “customer-focused” brand. I won’t be shopping here again and will be warning others to steer clear if they’re looking for holiday gifts.
Save yourself the headache—shop somewhere with a more reasonable and customer-friendly return policy!”
“Waiting for missing belt for over 3 weeks. And money for return item should be 7-10 business days and it's already 14 days. No communication at all waiting for answer for 3 weeks! No other way to contact them.
On both jumpsuits were missing belts. Waiting still for money and missing belt. I ordered to Dubai where I was one month for an event and they didn't sent anyting.
Now I'm coming back to Czech Republic so I hope I will get my complete outfit! Prices are so high and service completely low.”

The dress is beautiful and well made, really pleased with it but....... returns received at NM on 23.11.24 and still no refund 10.12.24. Chased with emails which said its been processed 🤔 17 days especially before Christmas is excessive in my eyes”

Like many other reviews I've seen about Nadine Merabi I also took my item to a reputable and experienced dry cleaners after one wear. They followed the care label exactly as stated 'Delicate Dry Clean' and followed all heat and care instructions.
Item ruined. No use to anyone. Company don't care, take no responsibility and and now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. DONT ORDER FROM THEM AS YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO CLEAN YOUR ITEMS SAFELY.”

When I asked for exchange of size they don’t do that but because I used a code I had to re buy at a higher rate. I went to return item and buy again in a smaller size and take the hit but said was out of 10 day return period! It was not! Now ignoring my emails! Do not order!”
“I ordered the gold jumpsuit. When I received it and tried it on, it was inches too long, heavy and uncomfortable for me. It is pretty but not for me at all. The next day they sent me the return label and I shipped it back. I then two days ago received it back in the mail. They claimed I sent then something else which is untrue. I spent $435 and this is not right. Will be reporting them to my credit card company. Do not order from here unless you are positive you won’t be returning. “@blueywilson Horrible experience with a christmas gift that i purchased nov 25 and was opened on christmas morning. We need to reorder the same product in a medium not a small. Company refuses to do exchange or return. I would be ordering the same product in the next size. I dont understand why there is not an extended holiday return policy. Now I am stuck with a jumpsuit that I gave to my daughter as a christmas gift and it is too small!! $600 down the drain! Honestly, what does the company have to lose by simply allowing a return and a store credit and extending holiday returns. I completely understand the 4 day return policy and would happily have complied with that policy, however, this was a Christmas gift and I am being penalized for doing a little early shopping. Most reputable companies offer an extended return/exchange policy for the holidays!!!!!
Now I am stuck with a too small $600 jumpsuit that I only want to exchange for a bigger size. It seems to me that your company would rather have loyal, repeat customers that come to you for special occasion dressing over and over rather than pissing people off who will never purchase from you again.
I mean just let me send it back and purchase a gift card or give me a store credit so I can return and repurchase the same item in larger size. What honestly do you have to loose in this situation???”
