“Ordered 2 dresses. The dresses were lovely but didn't fit me correctly. One was to big and one to small. I sent them both back via DHL. I have e mails to say both dresses have been refund but absolutely no money has appeared in my account or my partners account who paid for one of the dresses. Returns is a pain and a week later we still don't have any money back even though we have e nails stating the money has been refunded.”

So pleased to hear you loved your MERABI dresses but sorry that they were not a perfect fit!
I can see the orders were received in our system on August 9th and then both refunds were processed only yesterday, you need to please allow 2-3 working days for the funds to reach your account. We do state on our website returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed so this is well within our time frame.

“When I was looking for a suit for my wedding I couldn't find exactly what i wanted until I saw this one on the website, I ordered it juay hoping I wouldn't be let down as I usually am, firstly the packaging is just amazing the little alhand written card was a super nice personal touch. Then the quality of the suit is just unreal its like it was tailor made for me! I had so many compliments on my wedding day I jusy felt amazing and so confident in it. As I am quite tall I always struggle with the length of trousers but these were perfect, it was everything I could have wanted and more and will definitely purchase other items in the future!”

“I had been eying the Nadine Merabi pantsuits for a while wanting to wear for my wedding rehearsal dinner but being that I lived in the US I was apprehensive to order from the UK worried about shipping, returns, all of that. I tried to find pantsuits with a similar vibe in the US and honestly nothing compared. It was March 22 my wedding was in June and I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the Kira rhinestone pant suit and some other items to try. When I got the notification that my package was en route less than 12 hours after I ordered it and when I say my package literally arrived in 2 days, I was blown away. Then I had to exchange sizes for a smaller size and the DHL process was so beyond easy. That package also got to London in literally 36 hours. They refunded my card with returns immediately upon receipt. When i originally bought i got some sort of promotional discount and when i had to exchange i wanted to get the original discount off, the girls helped immediately and got me whatever i needed. I canât even begin to tell you how wonderful of an experience I had with these ladies in the UK and they all have the most unique beautiful names!!! I would highly recommend Nadine Merabi and I absolutely loved the way my suit fit and looked for my rehearsal dinner!”

Our portal will always offer you the most affordable rate, however, you can return your items back to us via a chosen courier/postal service. We advise you to use a trackable service and retain the proof of postage for your records as we are not liable for any items which are lost in transit. We always process refunds within 7 days.
You had not been in touch with our company with regards to any issues. I can see you have stated that returns and refunds were terrible, we have not received your package back yet. You have now responded to my follow-up email stating that DPD did not collect your package, this is not the standard we expect and we do apologise on behalf of the courier, however, this is a fault with DPD and not directly our company's return and refund process.
