“Excellent customer service. I had an email the same day as I ordered to say they had been dispatched, and they arrived in the post the next morning. They stick to clothes and shoes very well. I have not yet washed them, but have friends who use them and say they are very good.”

“To be honest I can't really review the labels as I haven't got them yet. For some unfathomable reason they need to be signed for on delivery. Not sure why as they aren't exactly a high value item and they are small enough to be put through a letterbox. Like most people I work so wasn't in when postman arrived. Now I have the inconvenience of trying to get to the sorting office in the next town and their opening hours are really restrictive. It's annoying and unnecessary to require a signature for a low value item that can be posted through a letterbox.”
