We're really sorry to hear you are disappointed with your labels, Claire. This is very puzzling for us, as our labels have been rigorously tested in a laboratory using the BS EN ISO6330 wash test procedure for 40 washes at 40 degrees and it is highly unusual for them to fail. “I managed to get the delivery and billing address round the wrong way - sent an email explaining Sunday night fully expecting to have to ring Monday but had an email first thing Monday morning saying all sorted and labels already sent to the correct address. Big thanks for the outstanding customer service and speedy despatch!”
