Poor quality clothes. I do not recommend to anyone it just waste of money

If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased two pairs of pjs. One “satin pair” was the exact opposite of what one would expect from satin. Stiff, “loud” material that literally makes a “swooshing” sound with any tiny movement. I’m a petite girl. I thought what the heck I’ll order one size up just in case plus if they’re big at least they’d be comfy and loungey. The pants were HUGE like two or three sizes bigger BUT THE TOP WAS TINY! I could barely lift my arms. Tell me how on earth is that conducive to a relaxing nights sleep? The second pair. Meh. The site made the pjs look silky but they’re cheap material that after a few nights sleep will smell like sweat. You know...that type of material. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement

in 2018 i found the cutest boots from nastygal! i purchased and they came at a decent time only to find that they came 2 sizes too big. I ended up giving them away since their returns and refunds sounded like a nightmare. A year later, I ordered a blouse that looked very cute online, but when it arrived, it was absolutely horrible. The puff sleeves were in, but these puff sleeves looked like they came right from the 1800s. So ugly haha. Months later, I decided to give them one more chance (thinking 3rd times the charm?) and ordered yet another pair of boots. Received this pair 2 sizes too small LOL safe to say I will never be shopping here again.

returns costing $15 - bad quality clothing and sizing is all over the place. Not worth buying unless you already know your size otherwise you're\ paying extra in refunds

Customer service is a nightmare. I ordered two items in a size small and one was sooooo tight I could barely get it on, it gave me a camel toe, and it bunched at the seams by my crotch. Did not look like the photo on the website. It’s cheap material. Is size 2 sizes too small. If I was to even sit down I think it would rip. The second item was a similar look same size. Size small. It was more like a medium or large in the pants. The pants were barely hanging onto my hips. I was pulling them up in the photos so you wouldn’t see my vagina. The pant was 2” total circumference too big. After I jumped through hoops to send the customer service photos. One person said to send them back and told me they would pay for the label. Then another person writes back the follow: “So sorry to hear the items do not fit you perfectly. I have checked your photos and the sizes you have received and can see they are correct. The culottes set should be worn short upon the leg length, a culottes is not a full leg. I can not class your items as faulty.” This is my first and last time ordering from nasty gal and won’t order any other company they own. I spent $200 of the birthday money, which was all the money I was given on nastygals website. Absolute worst customer service. I will be returning everything and will only buy from companies who value customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! Again their sizes are inconsistent, their products are cheaply made, and most of all their customer service doesn’t care.

If I could give this site zero stars I would. The sweatpants I ordered in a large wouldn’t even fit a medium sized girl. And they asked for $15 to post back when the item itself was only $19. And they just kept sending me back the same response to return and pay postage and size guides like they think I’ll be shopping with them again. Terrible customer service.

I read a lot of reviews before shopping, so my expectations were not high and I only ordered lounge wear during their MASSIVE 90% off sale. I can't believe they were originally charging more than $6-10 for these clothes. They're so poorly made, even for something you'll only wear around the house or on a grocery run, at most. I'm glad I never bought any actual clothes from them, especially not at full price.

Just ordered a pj set, it came stained! When I went to get a refund I had to ask for a waived return label (since it’s $4 to return) and they wanted to refund 50% after going through the daunting tasks of giving pictures! 50% refund for pjs that came to me stained!!! What!!???

Ordered twice and only 1 thing was decent quality. I've spent hundreds of dollars on stuff I couldn't wear or wash more that 2 times

I honestly wish that I had looked for reviews when purchasing the items. When I went to look for the reviews on the site I noticed there are none on the site which is never a good sign. *sigh* Everything you see, you won't get. Sizing, quality, everything is terrible. Due to covid I can't return and am still paying it off via AfterPay and am not going to wear any of the items I bought. It's a real waste of money and you can find better items in terms of quality and price elsewhere. I'm sticking to my thrift stores and Target. Just be careful if you're a bigger size. It doesn't reflect the pictures displayed.

You stated your delivery service was the POSTAL SERVICE, instead you actual use DHL which is horrible. Had you been thrustful and honest I would ‘Not ‘have ordered anything. Now I am experiencing a delivery nightmare. This is my first and last time conducting business with you.!!!!!!

I received a delivery notice email from DHL stating I was not at home. But, i have been waiting all day near the door. They did not leave a notice which indicated they weren’t . The next morning I received another email stating it will be (redelivered) still no package. While waiting at home for the redelivery, I received another email stating I was not at home.I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY … MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE. I WILL ALSO CONTACT THE UTUBER!!!!!!

I didn't even want to give this company one star but it's required for this review. Do not order from this company. I received the wrong size and can't get ahold of anyone in customer service. It says free returns but I couldn't figure it out ... Complicated on purpose? No free returns label Terrible experience

this is the first time i ordered from them and they didn’t send one of my items that i paid for. instead of sending the item, they refunded me for the item and told me i could repurchase the item which i didn’t want them to do because now i have to pay for shipping AGAIN. they refused to work with me and refused to pay for the shipping and it was all over a face mask that cost like $6????? very poor customer service!! will not be ordering again!!!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! Warning!!! Two times now I have purchased from their “60% off of everything” sale and just right before checkout they tack on money and you’ve already clicked pay. The first time it happened I reached out via email to customer service (because they do not have a phone number) and I got no where, they just kept arguing that they were right. This second time I purchased it happened again but I was prepared with screenshots for proof. I emailed them and sent them screenshots showing that they advertised the jacket I purchased at $41 (and some change) from $105. This is a discount of 60% off. But when I checked out it changed the jackets to 50% off and I was charged more. I sent them the screenshot of what is advertised and what I was charged and they will respond once every other day and it’s a new person EVERY TIME! all they keep saying is “sorry it looks like the item was 50% off” CLEARLY it is advertised at 60% I’ve gotten nothing resolved and they won’t help me. On a different note, I ordered a package from them and my phone auto put in my old address which I hadn’t caught until right after the order was placed so I reached out on their chat feature and was about to talk to someone right away. This was SECONDS after I placed my order and got my confirmation number. I asked if they could please charge my address and they said “sorry we can’t, our team starts preparing the orders and shipping them right away so there’s nothing we can do” I wasn’t trying to cancel! Literally just needing my address changed! They said no and told me to come back to the chat AFTER my order has shipped and let them know and they’ll be able to put in a request for change of address. Which seems super backwards but I did and was told “sorry your order has already shipped we can’t help you” INSANE! I cannot believe how horrible their customer service is. I will not be shopping with them again and warning you too!
