Couldnโ€™t have picked a worse Bus company ๐Ÿคฎ! Honestly should be ashamed of themselves... Bus drivers feeling like going off when they see someone doing thier absolute best to run, and instead of being gracious and waiting they decide to go? Keep in mind the same bus driver decided to have a little chat! AVIOD these morons :)

I had booked a ticket with National Express to travel to Birmingham, stay in a hotel overnight and then had booked a ticket with National Express to go to Oxford for the day on 14 June 2021. But now that the PM has said that from 21 June there will probably be no social distancing, National Express have cancelled all their coaches running to Oxford prior to 21 June, because they just cannot be bothered to run them with social distancing now that things are changing from 21 June 2021. No matter that I had another journey booked with them and had booked a hotel. They do not care about their customers at all.

The coach Iโ€™m currently on as Iโ€™m writing this review has no WiFi (itโ€™s supposed to) and the USB ports that the national express advertised as plug sockets donโ€™t work

My daughter couldnt find the coach (nothing printed on ticked) but when she did, the driver saw her and closed the door. She waved at him and he just shook his head and said no and drove off. She was in tears and phoned her boyfriend who drove her to the coach station. He returned but as she was distressed parked in a disabled bay and went to see her. On his return his car was ticketed. She is still crying as I type this. On the phone, National express say that their policy is that when the door is closed they will not open it. The driver was looking at my daughter as he closed the door in her face! No refund or offer of an alternative day. At 18 she will never use National express again and will be recommending that all her friends do the same. Will have to give my daughter 24 hours to recover before driving her from Canterbury to Bournemouth.

During lockdown, Boris ignored vital information and because he did that 62k innocent people died. NAT/EXP have decided to force people to wear masks, which has been 'outed as potentially fatal and very dangerous, aside from being 100% NOT NEEDED, as Covid-19 isn't fatal, nor highly contagious. I have asked Chris Hardy to rethink this "blind obeying of BoJo" and use REAL information to SAFEGUARD the National Express passengers......he has refused to answer and has threatened me, so my advice is don't use N/E until they remove this idiotic insistence on making everyone ill, just because BoJo says so. Vote with your feet and stay away from N/E to stay safe.

Thank you so much to your customer service staff, in particular Azra who replied promptly to my query and amended my ticket competently. I bought my ticket prior to lockdown and was able to amend it with no problem at all. A big shout out to Azra and the National Express team ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€ Thank you so much!!

Amended ticket means to amend destination, date and time but not to national express only date and time, no indication of this when booking ? but it is in terms and conditions [ small print ? ] so no refunds would have been cheaper to use train or maybe taxi ? what can i say to a molopney as no other services available to complete with them ? what does the BUS OMBUDSMAN THINK NOT A LOT

Hi, due to the coronavirus we have had to cancel our journey from Heathrow to Norwich but National express refuse to give us our money back which doesn't belong to them , as they can sell the seats to someone else they have no right to keep it. I will continue to write bad reviews until I get a refund. Thank you. Rob

Well. On the 16th of February 2020 caught the coach 210 at 9.15 from digbeth heading towards Gatwick south terminal. When I got there I had realised that I had forgotten my mobile phone.. and started panic,as i had all all my travel documents on it. So I started ringing it but after few more times trying the driver of 210 picked the phone up and said dont worry I am coming with your phone and to wait where he had dropped us off..after 5 minutes the driver named ATIKUL RAHMAN came and gave me the phone...must appreciated. Very honest person. Thank you once again... but on my return on 21 of February gatwick south coach number 707eaving at 4.05 was a different story. The driver was very rude to start of with and very cocky. And through the trip and every stop he had a rude attitude to all customers. This driver needs to learn manners.

when i booked my ticket, i asked if there was wi-fi, the person said yes. when onboard it was advertising top of my seat wifi on board, had a usb plug in front of me, but NO WIFI.I went to see the driver and asked him if the wifi was on, he said there is no WIFI. When i came back, on the same day, the coach had wifi but no usb plug. So why advertising wifi when there is not?? even the website facilities say that there is wifi, so why lying?? bad customer service about his, very bad.

Got to our gate 10-15 minutes early, no call to get on coach, which wasn't visible due to it being parked behind another, surely you'd expect a last call just before the bus leaves at least??

Many. many thanks to the National Express gentleman at London Victoria station on Saturday February 29 who lent our daughter his personal phone and contacted us on her behalf. She had just had her phone. money and bank cards stolen at a nearby Underground station. She had to travel to Derby on the 8.30 am coach on a work assignment. As a result of the official's kindness, we were able to buy her the ticket online. A refreshing example of the compassion that still exists in the world but which we rarely expect to find!

The worst customer service ever! Buying a ticket is way harder than it should be. Plan ahead because youโ€™ll get messed around at the station trying to find help :(

I was laughing reading all the recent reviews because I experienced the exact same thing! My wife and I waited for a freaking 1 hr and there were neither notifications nor apologies. To make it worse, the bus driver (Paddington st to Luton Airport 9am 25 Feb 2020) was really rude. I will be honest, national express used to be really good...Never again! Zzz

Shocking beyond belief. Why on earth run a coach service to an airport that is consistently late and by a country mile ... And charge for it, great business model, not! Just build in a couple of hours contingency on top of the schedule and expectations are managed. Simples!

Good company. Might have its odd niggles here and there but..what businesses don't. The coach drivers are human and nice others may be a little abrupt..hopefully they will change. Coaches are clean etc. Traffic isn't unusual for the U.K. Drivers try their best. Thank you
