“My order was a small one (some Cooker Hood bulbs), but the communication from National Lamps was excellent - a polite email reminding me that the bulbs were on backorder, followed a few days later by confirmation of shipping. The bulbs arrived very well packaged, however one box rattled an on testing, did not work. A replacement was dispatched without the need to return the original. Friendly, hassle-free service from a recommended supplier!”

“Very happy with bulbs sent didn't have to wait to long .Unfortunately one of my bulbs was faulty I contacted the customer service via email a week ago as I've been on holiday haven't heard anything from them I will have to ring”

“I received my cooker bulb which was damaged in transit by royal mail. Without hesitation National Lamps organised a replacement. I realised that I needed a spare which they also sent free of charge, when I offered to make an additional payment.”
