The bulb was smashed in the packet on arrival. They wanted me to post the bulb back to them at my own expense before issuing a refund.

Hi Paul Many thanks for your message Can we just make sure that your message actually relates to order number NLC-0722-82204 as this order was for a ballast and was cancelled and refunded on the 28th of July?

Did not manage to obtain what I was after. Placed the order online, which was accepted. Then received an email stating that the lamp was obsolete. My refund was processed efficiently, but why have orderable items on the website that are obsolete? - this is a waste of everyone's time.

Orded one bulb and paid for it three weeks ago to be told the next day it will be delivered in May 😡😡😡 not very happy don't think I will be using again

Ordered a bulk order to satisfy orders, stick was showing as in stock. Received an email couple of days late sautéing their system wasn’t live so dosnt show live stick levels. Was told 5-7 days for delivery. After 2 weeks still not received so contacted them to be told that they were expecting delivery a few days later. I explained that maybe a courtesy email or call even would have been appreciated so we can keep our customers updated. No interest shown what so ever. Very quick to take money though 🤔
