As I have not received goods the only review I can say is that they have not been delivered even though payment taken out of my account 21/7 and as of 28/7 nothing received.

Hi Andrew, Apologies for the delay with your order. We had originally been expecting delivery to us on the 10th as per our email to you but we have been let down by the supplier who has pushed the delivery time back to 26th June. We will be despatching your order as soon as the new stock arrives.

Hi Lauren, as per our emails, you advised us of the missing items 13 days after you received the parcel when our T&C's state we need to be advised within 24 hours although we are flexible within a couple of days on this. Also our stock level for your item is correct. We have not said we are unwilling to help but we are reviewing your claim and will come back to you once a decision is made. Thank you for your review.

Hi Samantha, sorry for the delay but the item you ordered was showing on our website as a Pre Order item and are now due to us on 29th June.

I ordered and paid on line for items based on National Lamps current website - they acknowledged the order and payment, but later e-mailed that the items were out of stock and discontinued; they offered an incompatible alternative but nothing compatible - then they refunded my payment.

Hi Mandy, Apologies for the delay with your order. We have been waiting for new stock to arrive which has been delayed by the supplier. We have been advised to expect them to us on 10th June or we do stock a red glass version which we can send out straight away. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Ordered item as shown in stock, transpired it actually wasn't in stock, still not recieved it 2 weeks later, could of ordered from other site since for lower price, but annoying having to cancel and reorder. Had to chase up order myself, not very good unfortunately. And I'm not one for bad reviews, but not good service.

Hi Paul, our apologies for the delay with your item. We are experiencing a lot of delays with our suppliers at the moment and although the supplier has advised us that they have sent our order it has not yet arrived. We have been chasing them and will advise you as soon as we have despatched it to you.

Hi, Your order was despatched by Royal Mail on 8th April. Please use tracking reference 3209750750011502E2B92 to track its progress. Please note that due ti the current situation deliveries can be longer than normal and we did advise a possible delivery time of 7 working days on your order receipt.

We are still awaiting delivery of the item, despite being told it would be 5 days, we had to chase delivery to be told it would be at least a further 7 days! Very poor communication and customer service, order should not have been accepted if no stock was in or expected, or in the least it would be nice to be kept informed of situation!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as stated in our email these goods are being exported and delivery can be considerably longer considering your items were going to Singapore. Not happy bought two red tubes which were illustrated as red on the long when they turned up. They were white until I turned them on and the were pink when illuminated. Sent photos of very obviously pink light and was told it looks red to us. Was told if you are not happy to send them back. Poor service poor attitude.

Good afternoon Greig Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. As described on our website, these tubes are white until switched on. This applies to all coloured fluorescent tubes unless they have a coloured sleeve. The colour is created by the mix of phosphors enclosed inside the tube - Not the glass. The red tube shown online is for illustration purposes. A white tube being sold as red would be very confusing. In regards to the colour - This is a difficult one, as everyone sees colours differently. You sent us a picture of the red (pink) tube in use - To us, it looks red. You even mentioned in your email to us that the colour being emitted is red. As advised we are willing to take these back and issue a refund on our receipt.

The reason for my review is they are not advertised for sale as halogen bulbs if they was i would never have bought them because they are rubbish and are meant to be connected to the mains otherwise they blow after about 5 days of use and when i tried them in the past when they did blow they tripped my electric.

Ordered led lights. Oyt if stock will be 1 week. A week later it was then going to be another week but would be sent overnight. End of 2nd week. Lights dispatched but on std 3 to 4 day delivery. Lights arrived not as described. Totally different wiring. Called NL and they apologised stating manufacturer had changed the item and not informed NL. Refund requested, lots of time wasted. Awaiting refund. Lights on NL website have not changed but the item has! Not impressed.

Ordered 2 units but had to get partial refund as they only had 1 in stock despite originally accepting order. Item that did arrive was an updated model to one advertised (different model number) and would not connect to existing system so was useless. Would avoid in future.

Dear Rob, We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your product. As explained in a recent email to you the manufacturer has changed the connection without our knowledge and that there is a simple fix where you can join the new link lead to the old one via an in line junction box. In doing this the fitting will be perfectly usable. Alternatively if you wish to return the fitting then please let us know.
