Ordered a set of lights they claimed to have in stock only to be told I had to wait 6 weeks for delivery. Total waste of time.

Whilst I understand your ‘out of stock’ problem, I do not appreciate my credit card being charged on December 2 for a delayed dispatch with an approximate delivery. Please issue a credit immediately on my credit card. I am still waiting to hear confirmation.

On my 1st attempt to order on line I could not do it some tech fault I phoned to place a order and was told I would have to pay extra carriage due to me staying in the Highlands of Scotland. The sales person could not give me the price and said he would call back with the price. I am still waiting for the call back . After 3 days I tried to order on line again and managed to order my lamps 2 days later I received a call and told it would cost £19 extra for the carriage, This package was coming via a carriage delivery company. 2 days later the package came by post . So how had the extra carriage money ? as i had already paid postage I would say some wires were crossed here and someone made £19 profit from me This is very poor service .would not recommend your company.

It is a little strange asking for a review before the product has reached us. We are still waiting for an email telling us the product has been dispatched. The only email received said it was being prepared in the warehouse.

Took my money. Then sent an email to say the product was out of stock. Later sent a follow up email to say the product is now obsolete with the supplier. Money is in the process of being refunded however, it's not great to market and take money for a product you do not stock.

Not happy at all, I purchased 4x fluorescent tube bulbs measuring 710mm in length and instead got bulbs measuring 712mm which are no good. When I phoned your customer service I was told the bulbs come from China and that was the closest size to the ones that I ordered. As a professional company I would expect to get the items right without estimating and getting them wrong which I now am £18 out of pocket because you didn't and can't get the right size bulbs. Your answer to my problem is to send them back at my expense which I don't have the time to do so , so I won't be using your company again.

I ordered two items, ruer system said that they were in stock. This would appear to have been incorrect and as yet I have still not received the items. I do not know when I am going to receive them.

Hi Julian, All incandescent lamps are dimmable and it states this on the box that this lamp is dimmable. We have checked our stock and all are perfectly dimmable. Please can you explain why you think it is not a dimmable bulb!! Thanks and Regards National Lamps and Components

Happy to sell faulty items, lamps are faulty seconds. And refuse to replace or refund. very poor customer service

Dear Mr Williams, We are sorry that you felt it was necessary to leave a negative review. You returned 3 x Duracell LED 3.5W golf balls to us claiming they were faulty. We duly tested them and found them to be in perfect working condition. You claimed they were flashing so we suspect you was using them on a unsuitable dimmer switch. Because these LED`s only consume 3.5W you are not reaching the minimum load on your dimmer switch. The answer would be to fit a low load dimmer like our code JQP401W. You will appreciate that we cannot resell without outer boxes and you have sent the lamps back to us without the original cartons. We value our reputation and only sell perfect reputable branded products. We never knowingly sell faulty goods. We will refund your money today but would appreciate it that you fully read the description of the goods we sell before purchasing again. Thanks and Regards National Lamps and Components
