As I am still waiting for delivery of the product I unable to comment. If it ever arrives perhaps I will be in a better position to judge. Still awaiting delivery.

When I viewed your website, it stated that the item I wished to purchase was in stock. Once you had taken payment, you sent me an e-mail advising me that the item was in fact not in stock, but that I might receive it some time in the future. I do not find that impressive at all.

I ordered some bulbs - paid for them -told they were in stock and were going to be dispatched then got an email advising no longer available. Not a good service.

I ordered 2 x Powertronic ballasts PT-FIT 70/240. They arrived within the 2/3 days but upon openeing the ballasts 1 was the right ballast and the other was for a 35W not a 70W !!!! I cant understand how someone can pick 2 different ballasts as the 35W on has a purple cover for the connections and the 70W ballast has the same colour cover as the rest of the unit.I could maybe understand it if they both looked the same.Very disappointed to say the least!!

I made an order for light fitting and paid for express delivery at 9.00 am and at 4.30pm in afternoon received email to say item was not available Rang to talk to someone, who could not find my order very bad customer service I run a large construction electrical company and booked electricians to carry out the electrical works using these light fittings which cost me as company £400.00 due to being let down

Still awaiting order, which was paid for 11 days ago. No communication regarding progress of the order or the offer of a refund.

The bulb I received was cracked around the the pin connecter, so never got to use it.

Tried to charge an extra 15 pounds saying try at the bulb labeled as a 3ft bulb was unexpected long at 3 ft and would cost. Extra. Then failed to refund order and required a PayPal claim

Hi Raymond, As stated on the checkout if you live in the highlands or offshore there may be a extra delivery charge. This is what we get charged from the courier company. Your email was received then a dispute was opened before we could reply. We then closed the dispute and a refund was issued immediately Sorry we could not help on this occasion.
