“One of the very few places in the UK where I could find the T4 fluorescent tubes I was looking for. They were quickly dispatched, well packaged and fitted perfectly. Postage was a bit more than I was expecting, but needs must! Overall happy customer.”

“Initially there was an issue as the product was out of stock. However, there was great communication about this, including stock availability in just a few days. Then clear despatch and invoice information and the product arrived promptly.”

“Found the product easily on the website that I needed. Purchase was simple and product arrived within 4 or 5 days due to New Year holiday post. Fitted the same day and works perfectly. My only minor gripe would be the amount of packaging the small product arrived in. It was only 2x3" but arrived in a huge box packed with shredded paper and bubble wrap inside, surely a padded envelope would of sufficed? Otherwise a great service provided thanks Chris”

“The article did not arrive and after a week I tracked it via the tracking code provided by NLC and found that Fedex delivers to wrong address. Contacted NLC and they sorted it out quickly.”

“Very professional listen their customers. I order several time first time a lot of lights were broken and they do the necessary to sorted out and replace it. Second time I order some bulb which were very fragile and same they sorted out also in a very reactive way. I recommend a lot this company which exist like us since 50 years.”

“Good price, a slight delay in despatch and no notification of delay until I called to query, very friendly staff, however they did upgrade delivery to 24 hour to make amends.”

“Very pleased with the transaction, the LED light fitting was very good & it was easy to change the colour /light level. The clips that fix the light fitting to the ceiling were awful & will need to be redesigned,they were flimsy & did not hold the fitting securely.”

“Part ordered and delivered promptly. All arrived intact. Post order follow up was good as I do not live in UK but was able to have part delivered FOC to my ParcelMotel address. only down side was that live and neutraal leads were not supplied and I had to fit myself using ones from broken part which were very difficult to remove. I feel these should be integral tp part”
