“This time I bought an Energiser 284 LED strip light bulb at higher cost then the Ebrite version. The latter I bought some time ago from NLandC and it cracked in the light. The colour temperature is stated to be 3000K but is nearer to 5-6000. By chance, since then I bought a second light from elsewhere with a 284 Ebrite LED included. It failed within 5 days. The replacement sent was too long owing to excess solder. Sure file it off but I cannot recommend a brand in which every bulb has been defective. Nothing to do with NLandC except that they stock it.”

“Took a while for the part ordered to arrive, nearly a fortnight, but was perfect for the job. Inly criticism I have that communication from the business could be improved.. Any delays, shipping dates etc. should be emailed to the customer, simply to keep them up to date with the order..”

“I ordered an electronic ballast and a set of LED bulbs. Although both items were marked as in stock, it turned out that this was not the case. However, NLC were proactive and quick to identify this and advice accordingly. The ballast was on a longer lead time, which I accepted, and was delivered within this longer time period. NLC recommended alternative LED bulbs, but these were not suitable for my particular application so I declined and NLC provided a refund without any quibbling. Overall excellent customer service and I will be using them again in future.”
