“Ordered product from website. Manufacturer had changed specs and NLC contacted me next day to ask if I wanted the new spec or a full refund. I was matching to some of the old model that I already had. Got full refund straight away. Really like the way NLC dealt with the matter in a highly professional manner. Very ethical.”

“Ordered a bulb, when it came after 3 days it was the wrong length, gave a quick call and the man I spoke to was very helpful in explaining what had happened and sent me the correct bulb free of charge, it came within 2 days of the phone call! Very good service!”
