“I have only used National Lamps and Components a couple of times but have found the company very easy to use. Their website is well designed and very easy to use, their products are first rate and I haven't had any problems, in fact they just gave me a small refund, not sure what that was about, assumed it was because I'm such a fantastic customer.”

“Easy web to negotiate. Ordering and payment straight forward. Had the exact product needed. Delivery was the next day although website said it could take up to 3 days. Product delivered was correct as ordered.”

“Great advice for the Sales Team about the right lamps for me. Then superfast delivery of my order, exactly as ordered with info from the Company telling me exactly what was happening to my order. Nothing could have been broken due to the packaging protecting everything. No hesitation in ordering again in the future.”

“NL&C provided a specialised bulb holder fit for purpose (a non-functioning cooker hood lamp). Much easier and cheaper than sourcing the whole lamp unit. Good outcome.”

“Bought 1500W ruby sleeved heater tubes and, as the cost was substantially lower than the equipment manufacturers cost, I was concerned about compatibility and quality. But I needn't have worried. The tubes are a perfect match and, although it is still early days, they seem to be very good quality products. So combined with at great prices and very speedy delivery, and emails to keep me updated on the progress of my order, I cannot fault either product or service. Great!”

“I was always met with professional and extremely efficient customer service when calling National Lamps and Components. My orders were delivered in about 2 days and the packaging of goods (fragile bulbs, etc) was always appropriate, hence all of the items arrived in one piece. A very reliable company.”
