“Hi big conn hired a van for 24 hrs ,delivered late evening in pooring rain couldn't inspect till morning .Van had numerous damage panels and scrapes took loads of photos used the van for 1 journey and pick up brought it back topped it up with fuel the they said they couldn't pick it up till the following day The girl who inspected it checked it said there was some extra marks that were not on the original inspection but we had photos she then said they had probably missed thes as there was so many . We the had a phone call 7 weeks later saying there was a question about extra damage .We then had 2 more weeks of sending photos back to them ,and then we did not here anything until we checked our Barclaycard account and they took 1200 pounds out ,without our permission so be very careful”

I hired a small van for 24hrs. Reservation E6EB7143. I used their delivery / collection service.
I specifically chose to hire it on a Friday so it could be returned the next day, rather than pay for a whole weekend hire. They did not collect it the next day, or Sunday. They phoned to arrange pick up on Monday, which they later cancelled. They finally picked up on Tuesday. They finished by charging me over £400 for an ‘extension’ to the hire.
Marcelle, apparently the only person in the company that can deal with issues, will not take calls or phone back.”
“Quoted for a hire including delivery and collection from our address. Spoke to them on the phone it was no issue and they took payment.
A day before the hire they contact us demanding to nearly double the hire charge.
They are not listening that they agreed a contract to supply a service, or that we have costs we can't recover now as a result.
Crazy, possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered.”
