“I cannot set up the camera and have rewquested a copy of instructions, so the camera is still in the box. Maybe one day I might get a response.
I had a phone call from Felix who sent me instructions, with an offer to help with a phone call. After speaking to one of the staff, a very helpful lady, I got th camera set up and have now installed it in the garden. Many thanks - good customer service , which is sadly rare nowadays”

“I contacted NatureSpy via email for advice on whether the Helarctos Camera could be viewed on an iPad. The reply was very prompt and I have now purchased the Helarctos as a Christmas Present for my husband.”
“What a fabulous camera! It's easy to use and the footage is great. You can watch live on your phone and you get notifications when you get visitors. It helped me notice one of my hedgehogs coming in the day and so meant that I could get her to a rescue. Definitely recommend getting one!”
“Disappointing.
I bought the helarctos solar as I have two of the wildcam 2s, which for my purposes (recording wildlife in my garden) are just about perfect. My hope had been that the helarctos would be very much like the wildcam 2, except with higher resolution images. It does record higher resolution images, but in almost every other respect it is disappointing. The battery life is great. But the PIR just isn't sensitive enough. For example, I replaced a wildcam 2 at my pond with the helarctos. I put down fresh sand at the shores of the pond. I find footprints from cats, probable foxes and birds in the sand, but no images! Even with PIR sensitivity set to "high". Then there's the connectivity. The wildcam 2 is great because it connects to my wifi, and I can connect to it from my phone wherever I am and review any images. In contrast, the helarctos relies on connecting to your phone directly, and can only do so at close range. It takes forever to connect, only to find that there are no images. So I've demoted this camera now and put the wildcam 2 back in place. I would absolutely love a wildcam "3" - i.e. everything that's great about the wildcam 2 but with a higher resolution camera!”
“Brilliant trail camera. It captures all the night time wildlife activity which I enjoy watching on my computer every morning. It's amazing what goes on when darkness arrives!”
“Great communication. The video reviews on their site really helped me to choose the right camera for me, as there are so many out there, it was hard to narrow down otherwise.”
“First time owning such a camera (Browning Recon Force Elite HP5), who knew there was so much activity in an urban garden in early hours of the morning.. Have not triedo video at ultra resolution but at high setting it's brilliant. Shopping experience was hassle free and delivery was quick.”
“First time user of such equipment and have found it to be simple to set up and excellent in results.
Definition of nightime footage quite remarkable. Now I know where the bird food goes with the mice and slugs attending their own all you can eat buffet.
Thank you for making an eightysix year old very ☺”
