“My cockapoo not only has a sensitive tummy but is also an extremely picky eater! It’s wonderful to see her wolf down her food again! She loves naturo and no nasty tummy side affects!!!”

“Took 14 days to deliver when they state 5days . Poor customer service when I called .won't be continuing my subscription”

“The product is good. Delivery is poor. The whole point of a subscription is that it is convenient and arrives monthly on time so that you don't have to worry about running out. The last delivery took 11 days from order date to delivery date. I ran out of dog food and had to do an emergency buy of another brand from the corner shop. And every tin in the 12 pack had a dent which wasn't caused in the delivery process.”

“In relation to Naturo, I don't have a bad word the dog food is amazing however my issue is with their delivery partner DPD, my order should have been delivered before Easter however I didn't get it too after easter which meant it was in DPD network for 5 additional days. It is unacceptable, DPD are not being held accountable.”

“Two important factors 1) my dog loves the food, doesn’t get bored there are loads of flavours and she enjoys all of them. 2) they are really responsive to queries, respond quickly trying to help. Excellent service and product”

“Great product. It’s the only food my dog can eat. I don’t have anywhere else close that I can buy from so have to order direct from the supplier and the delivery is a bit slow (a week) other than that no complaints.”
