“My pupstar took aaaaages to find the right food that didn't upset her sensitive digestion system. Once on Naturo and a wee bit of Harringtons kibble to slow her down.... Perfection ! She is as right as rain, fit as a flea, happy as Larry....and any other similes that fit. Suffice to say I am on Naturo repeat order and very unlikely to change.”

“Good feeds, wholesome ingredients, easy to use website, decent discount for bulk order brings it to Tesco's price or slightly better for the products I use, provided order big enough for free delivery. Wish the individual plastic trays were plainer though, it's a pain scrubbing out all the sculpted areas so the trays can go in the plastics recycling. Also wish there were more poultry-free options. Like many collies and collie-crosses, mine cannot tolerate fowl of any kind, which means there are only 2 wet products and no dry products that suit her.”

“The food is good but delivery a disaster I wrote to you but got no response . Without the help of a complete stranger I would have had to leave them in the shop.i had to cross 2 main roads with no parking and left my car in a load.They are heavy boxes and I cannot do this .”

“we think naturo is excellent and our dog thrives now she is exclusively on naturo. Their customer support is excellent too. Our only concern has been the condition of the tins when delivered as historically, we have had several damaged tins in reach delivery which is really dissapointing. We understand they have made some changes to address this issue so we are happy to continue with our subscription,in the hope this happens”
