I've been a customer for maybe coming up to 2 years but when placing my Xmas order - seemingly my card didn't work but although they have said they emailed me they didn't as I work on emails all day. My dog missed out on his Xmas treats and I've wasted time trying to sort this out They are suposed to be sending me something but of course that's not arrived Shambolic I would say

We were big fans of Naturo but unfortunately we received faulty products that were not safe for our dog to consume.

Can't write a review as gave been waiting for delivery for over a week, seems to have fallen into a black hole between Naturo and DPD, and I am not getting any updates...

We have had Naturo wet tinned meat for up to 2 years now. Our dog absolutley loves his meals. We orginal had a kibble only food but at approx 1 year old he refused it. So we went to a mix of wet and kibble. 2 years on he still does a happy dance at every meal time. However we have noted that more and more cans are significantly dented and damaged. The order before last we didnt count how many were damaged. We did however complain when we noted that one can was so spoiled it was leaking. We were given a small discount of our next order.We order 48 cans at a time. This time we counted the cans. Out of 48 cans only 12 had no visible dents. Some of the 36 cans were crushed and would be considered unfit for consumption. We have been assured that new delivery packaging is in progress. We shall wait and see what the next order looks like. If it is still poor we will have to reconsider switching brands.

Cost to return my order is completely unreasonable The food did not suit my dog and I’m now out of pocket and stuck with food I can’t use

In the past 144 cans that i have ordered over the space of 2 months every single one of them have been badly dinged/damaged. (All outer packaging was intact, no damage to delivery box plastic etc) it seems minor but it means that the pet food does not cleanly come out of the tin creating a mess. Clearly they send all the damaged tins out on the online orders and the non damaged ones to the shop which is disappointing Will be cancelling my subscription.

My order has not arrived, it’s been 7 days, emailed 2 days ago chasing up No Response , phoned this morning to chase up , left a message, had a call back to advise should be delivered tomorrow and told it’s a problem with the delivery company, doesn’t really help me or my dogs .

At the time I was asked to write a review, I still hadn’t received my order! Took 12 days to arrive. This is the second time this happened. My dog has allergies and the food suits her well , delivery is estimated 3/4 working days , I ordered food with time to spare but ran out with the long delay and the food is not readily available in a store. Having to replace food was not good for any dog let alone one with allergies. Needless to say I’m not using this company again .

I am apoplectic that Naturo has changed the recipe of the Chicken with Herbs and Vegetables without warning. The tinned version was the only grain free food I had found that did not contain peas and I therefore order by the month. I had recently noticed my dog, who has a number of allergies including many grains and peas, was having the occasional tummy upset again. These have got progressively worse and I have now realised the reason as the current batch of tins contain peas. It is UTTERLY IRRESPONSIBLE to change the recipe without warning. I now have a month's worth of food costing over £100 that is making my dog ill.

Product is good, shame about the marketing and customer service. (Customer service all very polite, and respond quickly, but lacking in delivering any actual customer satisfaction.) Don't expect any of the advertised discounts to work unless you have read and absorbed *every* line on *every* screen, and make no assumptions. And don't expect any corrections or goodwill if you get charged more than you'd expected and report your concerns to them - even if they agree that your concerns are valid and thank you for the screenshots and notes which they are passing to the relevant department for action. 😞

The quality of their food is excellent however I've ordered from them twice now. Both times an entire tray has been so badly dented that they've been unusable. This time the contents had leaked. Both times customer service has been poor and it's been a fight to get answers or get refunded for the damaged items. Will not be ordering directly again.

Sadly I have not received this order due to DPD not delivering, not contacting me. I have tried to contact them to no avail. So I will please an order with someone else. 😞

Second order has not turned up. Told I would get one shipped overnight. Nothing has arrived. I now have to try and find grain free food at the mayhem of Christmas shops
