“The dogs absolutely love them. Convenient size portions too. Unfortunately, the Naturo experience is/was terrible. Customer service department need some Customer service training. Very rude and I'm still waiting for my email regarding my payment.”

“Our dogs absolutely love the food but more variety without poultry in it would be amazing. Unfortunately buying direct from the manufacturer was surprisingly more expensive than the supermarket which makes no sense!!”

“The food is great, but receiving an e-mail after every order is really irritating. Especially when the unsubscribe option doesn't stop the e-mails from coming. It's almost frustrating enough to stop buying the food.”

“My dog has food sensitivity and sadly it looks like turkey flavour make her unwell, going to trial chicken and duck without turkey”

“The food product seems to work well with my Labrador Retriever but sometimes the packaging is inadequate for delivery by courier. In the most recent delivery most of the 36 tins were bashed to so extent and although I have reported this I have not have even the courtesy of a reply.”

“I have been ordering this food for my dogs for just on 2 years now. Unfortunately, the last few months the tins have been arriving all dinted. I am concerned when giving them to our dogs in case it makes them poorly. Last week they had upset stomachs and they did not have nothing new in their diet.”

“I’ve had a subscription for over a year now and more often than not at least 1 or 2 cans have a big dent in them… usually not a problem but occasionally this causes the lid to have popped open and needs to be thrown away. My dog does t seem to overly like the food but will eat it and seems to help his bowels firm up a bit. He’s a picky eater to be fair and I get the wheat free flavour.”

“I have been purchasing dog food for a long time but lately my deliveries are in bashed tins. I get 8 x 12 packs. At least 3 packs have bashed tins. The outside box is in perfect condition, therefore the tins are being put in damaged.”

“My cats really like the food however the portions are incorrect. Every pouch has less than 85g in it so you end up receiving less than what you pay for. This needs to be investigated.”

“Really good grain n gluten free food as we have a dog with a sensitive belly but the rings pull off the cans far too easy making them hard to open n we do subscription delivery n often get multiple dented cans”

“It’s been now over a month since I’ve swapped from cheaper brand to Naturo and sadly I must say my cat eats less of the food and therefore creates more waste. I wrote before about the selection of the food flavour which seems to miss a couple of her favourites. Another thing that has impact on her eating are those tiny sand like granules (mentioned in my last review) which cause her to walk away from food every time she finds it in her mouth.”

“I usually get the square trays or a tin if the grain free is out of stock. I went for the sachets this time to try them out. I was surprised to see the food, it was chunks of square meat in a gravy. It looked like the cheap cat and dog food brands and smelled like them also which I didn't like. I have to feed my cat and dog outside now as the smell hangs around. I am disappointed in the sachets so I will stick to the trays once these are gone.”

“My GSD loves the food and we love the quality. However, as he has a chicken allergy it’s such a shame that there are only 3 flavours to choose from without chicken throughout the whole range. I have put in a request/feedback regarding this before but not had any sort of response.”

“Mainlyd value food at a resonable price, marred by the occassional damaged can. We had three dented or badly knocked cans this order (including one where the seal to the contents was damaged. This is not the first time we have received damaged cans, presumably damaged in transit.”

“The food itself, cannot fault. My dog absolutely loves it and it’s the only food that has benefited him so much. The reason for my review being low is the delivery. The packaging is poor I’ve had this a few times where tins are all dented and don’t open half the time. Our last order the order said they couldn’t deliver it because I wasn’t in (that’s not true, they tried to deliver to shop not flat above) and the boxes were ripped and all the plastic were ripped up and everything fell out all over the shop when collecting it. 60 cans fell all over the shop floor and it was a pain having to carry it back. Luckily the shop owner was helpful and understanding”
