“Our fur baby loves Naturo dog food . We also included lots in our order to donate to our local Rescue Centre (Greenacres, Haverfordwest) which we will be taking this week. My only grumble is that some of the boxes were squashed and torn on delivery I am hoping that the trays of dog food have withstood the battering they have taken.”

“Generally the food is enjoyed by my dog and the process of ordering and delivery is very smooth. However on this occasion there was one portion out of twelve missing and another portion was not sealed properly.”

“We wanted to give our two dogs food that is good for them and as natural as we can. They have been fed dry complete food before this. They are loving Naruto. Mealtimes are the highlight of the day. The girls are looking great 👍”

“My dog suddenly went off her food and has had stomach problems in the past. Tried this and she absolutely loves it and the stomach problems seem to have subsided. The meat actually looks good enough to eat too which makes a change!”

“I was left feeling like a criminal due to your computer system 's inadequacy confusing me with the next door neighbour who had advised me of the company. The Customer care scored 2/10 in my mind as they didn't answer queries. They sent me the order before we had agreed I had not placed a previous order. Then decided to cancel my half price introduction of what was to be a monthly order, instead of 50% off first month I had to pay full price. Me guilty in their confused minds. Last laught is on them as the Salmon meal offends my dog! Went down the loo. Think it will have to go to the rescue center.”

“We have a dog who is really fussy about the food she eats, to the extent that we have bought food that she has eaten once thinking she would be ok with it only to have her decide two days later that there was no way she wanted to eat that. However we have now been feeding her this food for two weeks and she is still eating it.”
