“The 'little' dog loves the Naturo dog food. I have to thank Naturo for the very efficient service, on my last order. I rang, placed order, explained, I was under the impression, I had ordered, a week before? The delivery arrived the 'next' day. That kind of service, is 'top draw'. “The Naturo cat food is clearly delicious as my cat will not eat anything else! I preferred the tubs to the new pouches as they were not quite as smelly as the new food even though the recipe is not supposed to have changed. Also very happy with your new outer delivery packaging as the boxes and fillers have been greatly reduced.”

“The food is excellent my boxer has not had any tummy upsets since she's been on it plus the fact she obviously loves it. My only complaint is the fact that several of the tins always have severe dents in them. If I was buying them from a shop I would avoid them or expect them to be reduced in price”

“Although I'm pleased with Naturo as a product, I'm very disappointed by the customer service Naturo provided. I've ordered from them twice now. On the first occassion my order went missing (although in all honesty I think it was more of a case of it being forgotten about) and I had to send multiple emails to get it sorted out. On the second occassion, several trays were damaged on arrival. They'd burst open so they went in the bin. Unfortunately, as this wasn't a one off experience, I'll be shopping elsewhere in future.”

“We get a monthly subscription which works really well. Buying in bulk directly from Naturo is much more cost-effective than buying from a supermarket or pet shop. It is one of the very few foods that our whippets can eat without upsetting their stomachs.”

“We have been buying out XL bully's food from naturo for a couple of years now. It's brilliant quality and the monthy subscription is the best grain free priced we food we could find. Delivery always on time and at Christmas our boy was sent a toy and treats for free. Amazing company and will be sticking with them indefinitely. Thank you”

“This is my dogs favourite food. He's a fussy one. The kibble is not too chunky so is ready for him to eat. The wet food is conveniently stored in trays and is not full of jelly or gravy”
