“I have used Naturo Natural Pet Foods for months now and their repeat order has always been ok but my last repeat order didn't go to plan I received the tracking as normal but when checking the tracking no information was available so I contacted them via their contact us link but didn't get any response so after 2 days I called them and got told the person that deals with this is on lunch and they would call me back. They never did so the next day I submitted another contact us as a complaint and still, no one contacted me so I called again and once again the person I needed to speak to was unavailable so I explained that I was not happy and that this is a repeat order and there was no point in having an automatic repeat order if it didn't ship when I needed it as I had at this point had to purchase other dog food as I had run out. I did get a call back this time but the person on the phone said I would need to contact DPD! I then in turn told her I am not DPD's customer they are so DPD would tell me to contact my seller she then tried to tell me that it takes up to 4 working days for delivery which every other delivery has been next day even on a Sunday but if that was the case they should then be shipping the order 4 days early so that the repeat order worked. I also asked why she never called me back she just said I didn't want to call you back with no information I just think they should have replied to me stating we are looking into this as I mentioned this is only the first issue I have had with them so will see how the next repeat order goes 🤞”

“Good Dry Food as dog had struvite stones and has a sensitive stomach so Naturo is a reliable grain free dog food that my dog can eat where she gets all she needs and keeps her regular too 👍🏻 Speedy delivery and now pleased it comes in a 10kg bag but a shame that not a lot of supermarkets stock the dry dog food (some have wet foods cans)”

“Meat percentage high. Rice and vegetables clearly visible. Moisture percentage low. Good quality. Many varieties to choose from including grain free. Very reasonably priced. My little Staffy absolutely loves Naturo ❤🐶☺”

“service and food is great but the delivery cost is too much. also it has to be a minimum of £50 spend for subscription which is also not great . becasue of this i am now trying harrintons pet range as they are also giving discounts and free delivery.”

“Naturo is the only food my elderly dog can eat due to tummy troubles when none of my locoal supermarkets had it in stock I had to order direct from manufacturers..it was quick easy with friendly helpful staff ..happy dog happy mum and very happy tummy....good quality food...”

“I have been using the Naturo Senior food for my dog Teddy for a while, it was only available in the Turkey variety at supermarkets etc - checking on the website I was delighted to find a full Senior variety pack. It is my intention now to do a subscription from now on. It is the one food that Teddy enjoys after trying many other varieties of foods.”

“Would give 5* but the number of bashed tins in every delivery prevents me. Please do not pack in the shallow rectangular boxes, ALWAYS at least 25% of tins bashed. Fed up calling customer services but nothing seems to get done.”

“My dog loves naturo and I love that it smells like a meal rather than the nasty smell that you often get from wet dog food. My dog has a sensitive stomach and skin so the grain free version is great. My only small criticism is that there is not a selection of senior grain free trays. I’m having to give my dog smaller portions of the adult version as I think it’s too calorific for him.”

“My dogs just love your wet food and I was struggling to buy it locally so I decided to try online. Well I have to say that I'm so pleased I did, you have all the flavours and choice they like and delivery was even faster than advertised on your site. Will definitely be ordering again soon and may even try a bag of your dry choices.”

“Smooth cat food which the cats mostly seem to like. The reason I have knocked off stars is that the smell is awful and there is too much packaging. I would like to see more recyclable materials. I'm afraid the smell would prevent me from re-ordering. If you have a cat who eats everything straight away then this is a decent quality product.”
