“Food is very good and you can see and smell only high quality ingredients. Virtually saved my rescue dog's life as she came from a very stressful background and 'shut down' for four days when she first came to me. Vet was monitoring her, but I tried every food with her with little success, until I discovered Naturo and I put it in its tray inside her bowl down in front of the settee that she was lying on, and within minutes she crept off the settee and began licking, then eating the lamb and chicken wet food. And we haven't looked back... Our only gripes are the amount of packaging, and my dog finds kibble hard and unpalatable...🐶”

“The dog food seems good. My dogs like it and yum it up without issues. Subscription is reasonable- a much cheaper way of buying it. However, would be even better if they actually got my address right for once so I didn't have to go trogging off up the road to collect it from someone else's house. Luckily DPD were wise to it and delivered it to us correctly on the last occasion.”

“At first my dogs seemed to really enjoy the Naturo dry and wet dog food, but as soon as they started it they had loose toilets. I put this down to just the change of food, this continued, I tried to see if it was anything else they might be having but was found that it was the ingredients in the food that did not agree with them. As a company, even though I complained about the state that the food tins were being delivered they were not willing to do anything about it and wanted to charge me to return their damaged tins. Also, I cancelled the food and on 2 occasions they still sent it out and took my money without authorisation. Very disappointed and would never buy this food or give my custom to them again.”

“Have had multiple deliveries to date and up until this time had no issues, hence the 3 stars rather than 1. If it had been based on this time alone it would have been 1 star. This time a number of cans were damaged. there was no damage to the packaging which suggests they were dispatched in that state.”

“Used to feed him pedigree chum but found that lately he didn't touch it so put him back on naturo natural pet food he doesn't leave his bowl until it's all gone, has everything in it that he needs rice and vegetables,”

“I have given 4 stars as my address wasn't written correctly on the delivery label and the carrier couldn't find my address. I was able to contact them and item was re-delivered a few days later. Unfortunately I received the wrong goods. I can only now praise Naturo for sorting out my problem quickly and courteously. My replacement order was sent quickly and with my full address on the parcel and the incorrect items were collected. I have set up a regular delivery and look forward to receiving the next order. We love the convenience of the food trays and the food definitely suits our dog. Very nice product.”

“My fur babies have been eating Naturo for about 9 months now and I must say they really do enjoy it and the benefits show in their coats which are softer and glossier and also their digestive system, which was the reason from changing from their previous brand. Opening the tin it is good to see identifiable ingredients as printed on the tin instead of a pale paste which makes you wonder if the recipe is what they say they are. Truly fantastic brand that my dogs love”
