“Great Customer Service from queries to implementing a request and relating to us in a timely manner on delays of your order or an update of your order. Easy to contact and speak to a “real human being”, and the wet dog food is great as well, our Labrador jumps with excitement when it comes feeding time and she never reacts this way to other dog food products. 😄👌👍”

“The pet food is fine, however the service of the company is not. Took a long time to deliver, which is ok if you are aware when you order but no mention is made about delays until 2 or 3 days after you order. I receved an email apologising for a delay due to staff shortage. So if I order again it would have to be 14 days before needed to be safe of not running out. (Which we did so had to find alternate in supermarket).”

“Our Labradoodle has a very sensitive stomach and unfortunately it took a little while before we found a food that didn’t create a problem for us 💩 We still get the very occasional issues but the situation has improved hugely since we have been using the Naturo grain free tinned wet food. Would highly recommend to anyone who is having problems with there dogs. We only use the poultry selection ( Chicken,Turkey,Duck).”

“Great food! My Romanian rescue is thriving on this. It smells really good and she gets so excited at meal times. I get it on auto-delivery. Only slightly delayed once and was kept informed. Wouldn't give her anything else.”

“Excellent dog food, we've tried most but our dog is quite fussy and was losing weight but since changing to naturo he has thrived and gained his weight back and his stomach has now settled. He now love's his food. Highly recommend.”

“My dog loves the Naturo grain free wet food he has been on this food for two years, my border terrier goes nuts when it’s his breakfast or dinner , I can not contain him when it comes to feeding time he gets so excited, bless him 😀 and he has a shiny coat.”
