“My dogs love Naturo - both the canned and dry food. There's a variety of flavours and it's good for them. It's easy to place an order and delivery is pretty prompt. What more can anyone ask for?”

“Subscription order for last three months : the foods are popular with the dogs (except the salmon for some reason) subscriptions are easy to adjust, communication is excellent and deliveries are reliable and timely.”

“Naturo is a firm favourite with my two rescues. One had a permanently 'loose' stomach but since the food change this no longer happens. Their coats are lovely and they are two happy, healthy dogs. I shall continue to purchase from you. Thank you from Beti and Panda 🐼”

“Love the food because my dogs love it, it's never left in their bowls. However a quarter of the tins I received on this order were damaged, some quite badly. They outer delivery box was intact and in good repair so I must assume that the damage was apparent before they were packed!”

“My boy is a picky eater, but enjoys his Naturo meals. I use the Poultry mix and Mixed Selection with grain free complete biscuits. He leaves a clean bowl and any visiting dogs always prefer his food to theirs… but that’s dogs for you”

“My dogs enjoy the Grain Free wet food. I used to buy these at the supermarket, but a friend recommended buying direct from Naturo because it was cheaper. For my first order, it was. I got a 5% discount, plus I subscribed, ordering sufficient quantity to get free postage. However, for my second order, the price had increased to the point where it's now cheaper to buy at the supermarket. I had an issue with the delivery as well. I was advised the order would be delivered on a certain day. I ensured I was here all day, only to receive an email from them late in the day to say they had been unable to deliver (don't know why, no reason was given), and they delivered the day after. All in all, not greatly impressed.”

“Best food out there having struggled with my dogs digestion for almost a year now he’s settled on the sachets for mini breeds No sickness or runny poops so pleased also the kibble he loves aswell It’s more expensive but I’d rather my dog be happy and not constantly having to go to the vets 🙏🏼”

“This pet food suited my older cats but not all of them,although it's a natural pet food was finding I had to use more than what they normally ate,therefore not being cost effective,this is the only reason I haven't re ordered due to the cost.”

“Dog loves it but then she’s a Labrador. I think the recipe has changed in the last couple of months as she’s more gassy and smelly now than she used to be!”

“My dogs tum has settled since having naturo food, he has dry in a morning and wet at night and loves it. You can see the vegetables mixed in and the cans are packed full. I had a slight problem with my first delivery but they were very quick to recommend the issue. Overall I am very pleased”

“My dog absolutely loves his food and switching out to Naturo has stopped his very noisy gas. It's a shame that the delivery takes so long and that the cans arrived all bashed up apart from the ones in the middle of the case. Will buy again but probably from a local supplier to save the cargo damages.”

“The food itself, cannot fault. My dog absolutely loves it and it’s the only food that has benefited him so much. The reason for my review being low is the delivery. The packaging is poor I’ve had this a few times where tins are all dented and don’t open half the time. Our last order the order said they couldn’t deliver it because I wasn’t in (that’s not true, they tried to deliver to shop not flat above) and the boxes were ripped and all the plastic were ripped up and everything fell out all over the shop when collecting it. 60 cans fell all over the shop floor and it was a pain having to carry it back. Luckily the shop owner was helpful and understanding”
