“My Frenchie (male) has often struggled with dry food, and then even after putting on wet food, he could still be prone to having an upset or sensitive stomach. I felt he also was getting bored of his previous food, but since switching to Naturo (only a week so far) - he has a new found love of food again. It’s cheaper than the previous brand I was using, where their availability of choices/flavour options would differ a lot, along with the price. He now has rediscovered his love of wet food which is obviously very tasty. He is itching much less and has fewer tummy problems after just one week. He also literally jumps for joy every mealtime, I hope this continues!”

“Two worries for the longevity of dog and planet although my dog has no worries and thoroughly enjoys his naturo and has good digestion. One worry is the plastic tray when I’m trying to save whales and oceans although I do recycle them in the appropriate bin and the other is how much the food is cooked and is it cooked at very high temperature so rendering a lot of the nutrition useless. However it doesn’t look overcooked and if it wasn’t for these uncertainties it would be full marks!”

“The food is great and the ordering process ok and I would have rated 5 stars until I tried a subscription order. That was a disaster in every respect. My order date was apparently on a NI bank holiday. Also part of my order was unavailable due to manufacturing of the product being discontinued. This caused a large number of interactions between me and the company before the order was completed. Including a webchat which was able to be started despite the factory being closed for the bank holiday! I will go back to normal orders as the subscription process is supposed to save me time but actually wastes it”
