“Dog food arrived within three working days via DPD. No tracking email confirmation though so it was lucky someone was in to receive the order.”

“Have 2 undernourished Great Dane rescue dogs and searched for a food to build them up by supplying all the nutrients required. Naturo seems to be the answer to this. They are both gaining weight and their coats are shiney and healthy. Would recommend.”

“My dog loves her food. Thrives on Naturo. No more upset tummy. I buy grain free food of all varieties. Trays and cans. Gourmet and not... Also buy both varieties of kibble for her. No issues at all.”

“Since we started buying this make of dog food I believe the meat/fish content has reduced and now prices seem to be increasing. I do not understand why it is cheaper to purchase from a supermarket rather than direct and in bulk. That said it seems to be very good quality and our three dogs like it (especially the salmon).”

“As usual the delivery was quick after placing the order. All the other occasions I have received the order there have been no problems. This time however practically all of the 36 cans had a dent of some kind, some quite deep. So a little disappointed on this occasion.”

“Delivery service poor l had to follow up our order with Customer services as dpd had not received the goods. It took 9 days for delivery from ordering. I spoke to Naturo CS who were great and the dog food was with me within 2 days.”
