“I would recommend the Naruto Duck if your dog has a sensitive tummy. My poodle has and I find this food suits her as well as far more expensive duck products and she loves it.”

“My dog could not get on with the trays of Meatloaf However she loves the tinned food with gravy, I am a little disappointed with the quality of care when handling the tinned Food. My last order was for 3 packs of 12, the First pack of 12 that we opened had 5 tins that were Dented, Bent or Buckled. Yet to see what the other 2 packs are like.”

“I received 36 damaged tins of food. Initially, the customer service team seemed to be dealing with my complaint. I sent pictures and batch numbers etc as requested. I was told I'd hear back in 2-3 business days. It's now been 2 weeks. When I emailed them today to follow up my compliant, as I'm yet to receive a refund or replacement, they have BLOCKED my email address so I can't contact them! I will take this further, and report it to trading standards as they food tins had actually bursed open so I could not feed them to my dogs for risk of causing them food poisoning. Absolutely disgusted that the company has done this. 36 tins of food. I'm on maternity leave from work so already struggling financially, I might as well have wiped my a**e with the almost £40 that I've wasted buying unusable food from this company.”

“I have used Naturo for my dogs a long time now but local supermarkets seem to be out of stock quite a lot now, so,I decided to buy direct from yourselves. I have to say the food takes on a much lighter colour which to me says it looks and, also smells more fresh. The only thing I would say is the delivery was not as quick as expected. Thank you for the small bag of dried food added to the parcel. Regards Gloria kelly”

“I have a small dog who has a stomach issue. So far we have tried Natural dog meat grain free with him and he loves it and it doesn’t upset his stomach. I do think it’s a shame that manufactures don’t seem to cater for single small dogs as far as making smaller individuals packs so there isn’t so much waste. Also including the different flavours in small packs. A can of meat would last my dog five days mixing it with some dry biscuits but has to be used within twenty four hours. Lots of waste.”

“This food is great, my dog loves it and it has vegetables as well as meat, it smells much better than most other dog food. We are now subscribed for regular deliveries which is great and removes any need to think about purchasing more! Great service.”

“Really excellent product. My dog loves it. I use it to supplement his complete dog food which he was not interested in before but now he can’t wait for his bowl to be put down. Even though I only use it as a supplement it has made a great difference to his coat and overall condition. Very good delivery as well. Keep up the great work”

“Our dog who has always been a bit of a grazer and fussy about his food loves naturo I’m not surprised as it smells so much more appetising than regular dog food Meal times are no longer a problem his bowl is licked clean every time. Ordering is easy and delivery prompt so highly recommend”

“After trying Lily's Kitchen and Purina for my dog with a sensitive stomach (making no difference or worse as LK has around 12 herbs in it) I am very happy to find the perfect food for my dog without spending a fortune. Simple recipe, less potential allergens. I use dry and wet food. Milo loves it, feels good and looks very happy. Thank you Naturo!”
