“I did my order online, ordered a show shirt in plenty of time for the shirt to arrive, only to receive an email that it was not in stock offered a large or a small, I had ordered a medium so neither of those shirts would have been suitable or I would of ordered them in the first place . The email came at 3.15 on a Saturday afternoon when I was expecting the shirt to arrive. My show was the following day which I needed it for . I managed to borrow a white shirt which you have to have a yellow/cream shirt to show my horse.
I have ordered before from this company and all has been well but I will never do so again as there customer service is awful in every way to let you know a week later the item was not in stock was shocking.
I will strongly advise many of my horse friend also not to order from naylors.

“Naylors Cannock, never had a bad experience before however today was somewhat different, I’ve never felt so belittled as a horse owner in my life, so after the person that served me and my partner firstly looked us both up and down with a horrific look she then went on to serve us with the WORST service skills, after working within customer service myself I have never been spoken to like that in my life, after trying to make me feel stupid about a product to then having bad attitude it has put me of from shopping in here. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and looked down upon in my life.”
