“NDAX is being used by scammers. I lost my money for investing on fake cryptocurrency investment platform named meta bank wallet. These people are based in UK and very professional to convince you for investment from $250 and then encourage you to invest more. I called and even went to NDAX office in Calgary however, nobody has called me back to at least listen to detail. I tried hard to prevent same thing happen to others. Just be careful about this trend.”
“One of the oldest Exchanges in Canada so they are reliable and survived FTX. They still have one of the best interfaces and offer staking which not a lot do in Canada. Unfortunately, their rates to transfer coins are way too much compared to the competition so I have stopped using them due to that. I only use them to stake now. #ndax”
“Ndax took $2000 of my money then made unauthorized trades .they blocked my phn from phone number and my email is encrypted end to end.so I literally have no way of communication with ndax.theyhave left 75c in my account that I still have with them.they have been no help in resolution with that company but admit my money was in its hands.its been 1yr 4monthes since it was done they are fraudulent and manipulating people out of their money and trading without my consent bbb has had nothing but complaints of the same behavior with other not just mine.”

No one will take off the 2 factor and no one answers the telephone - in any department - when you call them I have sent several emails with Littleton no response sent. I reached out to them and it has been almost 2 weeks and there is no detailed update just an apology, a lie that it will be deposited “today” and it never is, or “I will reach out to operations.
