“I have ndax account for about a year now and I actively traded within last two month, roughly.
When I opened my account last year, I made some etransfer but I didn’t do it right, so the fund didn’t arrive in my account, neither was it withdrawn from my bank even though I must emphasize, that I sent money to their email account. That kinda made me realize they are an honest organization and not a scammer.
Anyway, I started my rookie trading actively(sort of) with last two months and during which I made about 10-15 deposit as per their instruction, and didn’t had any issue. The funds arrives within an hour for sure.
I also made two withdrawals in the amount of roughly $100 and $1200.
Didn’t have any issue. They charged $25 for each withdrawal which is fine to be honest.
Their trading fee is .02% fixed unlike other exchange which is either higher or with clause saying it’s dependent on the trading volume.
If you are big trader, then there might be other exchanges with better offer. If you starting out fresh or just an average trader, I think this is a good platform. It has enough coins to play around and may be, their portfolio of asset might grow too.
The charges may be higher if you want to transfer your coin to a different wallet. Well, from business stand point, that’s understandable.

I've contacted customer support through email, but they refuse to resolve the issue by email, I have left voicemail messages & multiple emails with just generic responses. This is by far the worst service I have encountered!”

“I have had to contact Ndax support 2 times regarding transactions and both times their response time was excellent. Trust wallet never even gave me a response. Anyway, Part of the problem was me. Ndax support having to get me to give them the right information so they can help me. Previously being in customer support myself, I know more than half the time issues are caused by the customer’s own ignorance and support shakes their head once they can’t get through to them. Result: Bad reviews for the company. Some reviews are bogus. Try the company out for yourself.”
“ndax has serious issues with sending money out of the exchange and they will give you frustrating turnaround times for response. in my opinion coinsquare is the way to go also regulated by "fintrac", and a very clean easy to use platform.only thing is they dont support all the coins like how binance does.but better customer suypport and faster turnaround times.”

These ignorant f kept me on the leash about getting my money back that I accidentally sent to the wrong address on there site for over a year just to discard my last email and say they can’t help when I was told multiple times I would get my money soon. by the time that the coins up 25% on Coinbase, it was down 9.90% on NDAX , imagine how much you could loss,

“Saturday i sent $2530 from my business account to my NDAX account ( i have done this before in the past) now they said they need to further review my transactions and was told to open another business account on NDAX. I do not want to do that and ask for my money to be transferred back into my bank. I have emailed and called them countless times and I'm being ignored. Their customer service is a joke. They dont value their customers, the online chat support has no one tending to it. I have been waiting for days for a response! What type of BS is this. Planning on taking legal action if i dont get a hold of them this week. Ridiculous

“The reviews on here are a bit scary. Especially after having signed up and trusting my money with NDAX. But from reading about the company it seems like customer service might be overwhelmed with the sudden influx of users with the rise in popularity in cryptocurrency (especially doge coin). I haven’t had to contact them cause everything has gone smoothly for me with signing up, verifying the account, depositing and trading. Hopefully they can get back on top of their customer service and give the users a little bit more confidence in their service as it does make me a little bit more anxious about using them.”
“Does not show proper charts, does not show avg dollar cost. Very poor u/x u/i design. Developers need to improve on a lot of aspects. Basic fundamentals are missing on the app. Until improvements are made you are better off using another brokerage and app.”
