“We cancelled our service with Ned Stevens when they got purchased by a larger company. Apparently they came to do a gutter cleaning we never asked for and were never billed for. Today I get a letter in the mail threatening to assert a construction lien on our property. As a small business owner myself, this is the lowest of the lowest and taking advantage of a system used only as a last resort.”
“They came out and didn't even do the back of the house gutters. I don't live in the house but the HOA notified me it was not fixed in the meantime I have an 800.00 assessed bill for everyday it was not done. they deserve 0 stars”
“I was told for 3 days in a row I was on the schedule to have my gutters cleaned. No call and no show. I called multiple time and got nothing but the run around and this was even after I informed them that my gutter was backed up. It wasn’t until I cancelled my appointment and told them I went with a more reliable company that happened to charge less that they actually wanted to take action. 3 strikes and you are OUT!! Absolutely horrible and disgusting how customers are treated. I will NEVER use this company and will advise everyone to STAY AWAY and Find someone else.”
“what a horrible experience with neds home. they bought out a smaller contractor that used to use for all my exterior renovation project. so I have them a shot believe the same guys would be the ones doing the work. they destroyed the roofs drip edge, by cutting off two inches to fit the gutter, the installed them flush with the roof and they cut off the drip edge leaving a two inch hole. I will never use this company again nor recommend to anyone. do not use this company ever. they take over two weeks to get the job done. it then done completely wrong now it's going to take them another two weeks to inspect the work. after that is done then only then they will schedule someone to fix the work.”
“The gutters were less than a year old perfectly after the gutters were cleaned there were dirt streaks on the gutters all around. They look terrible.
I would not recommend them for any future work.”
“I've been happy with this service for a number of years but I recently told them about an issue with the new gutter they installed. I was told someone would come out to look soon. That was 6 days ago and still no action.”
“Worst job on gutters I have ever known about. Leaking at the end of gutters with mild rain in several places. Either workmanship or materials were below one star level. I will not recommend this company to any of my 9,000 co workers in Gwinnett County School System till problem is fixed AT NO FURTHER COST TO ME.”
