There also was a fee on my bill ,I’m not sure what that was for but it wasn’t removed from the final bill.”
“You never came back to remove the leaves you left on the small balcony outside the 2nd floor master bedroom.
I had to clean them off myself as they were attracting a multitude of ants. I then had to spray the decking afterwards to kill.off the ants.”

“Too many phone calls. I like to set up appointments as needed. If technicians see a problem instead of putting in writing right away I just keep getting vague emails saying they saw a problem and to call. I want to know what issue is right away”

The only shortcoming is to remember to take off the downspout extension screens.”

When the crew came to clean out the dryer vent, they blew a fuse on an outside plug. Can you use your own power generator to do the vacuuming?
