“I placed my order over a week ago and I haven’t received it yet and not sure when it’s due to arrive? I’ve never received any form of communication to keep me updated. Better communication would go along way.”

“Good communication, and was pleased my refund was attended to promptly, thank you. Just disappointed the website did not detail the item I wanted was no longer available. Perhaps the website could be updated when this occurs to avoid disappointment?”
