“We love the jute runners but on the website it said the width was 80 cms which was the perfect width for our space. Both runners are wider, 83 cm and 85 cms measured. We have them in our space and they look fantastic but one is definitely too wide for it.”

“Awesome. The rig lug is exactly as described on the website. Exceeded expectations on delivery too. Friends and family ask where I got it - lots of referrals and will check cloud9rugs first when I need any more. Thanks - just love it”

“I was a bit disappointed as it was not described as a seagrass type mat. It was a bit too unrefined looking and I found it hard to tell which was the right side up as rough ends were sewn into both sides of the mat. It was an extremely fast delivery.”

“Good morning I am very happy to deal with Cloud 9 rugs and thought everything was very professional and easy to order through however I haven't received my rug yet - your delivery agents are very slack and have let your company down - I have made two calls and have been assured it will each time that day - purchased on the 30.10.19 still not received. Looking forward to seeing it hopefully today.”
