“We had to order a soccer net July, 2021. Due to a rather busy summer we were not able to assemble the soccer net until April, 2022. A part was missing from the box (due to a damaged during shipping). When I phoned, Sammie explained that they don't cover any missing parts after 30 days. When I explained the situation, she made an exception and is shipping us the missing part! I really appreciated her understanding and help. Made my day better! Thank you for the great service.”

“Although the reviews had scared me- I have to say they really made me nervous- net world delivered on the product that I ordered. Additionally, the customer service was good. In times like these- were shipping anything is challenging- they communicated effectively and delivered a quality product in a timely manner. The product exceeded expectations.”

“We were reluctant at first with the fact that our cozy spa heater start heading to temperature. We follow the steps needed for a replacement or refund. Networld sports sent us an upgraded brand new cozy spa along with the lid and filters that we had recently purchased for broken cozy spa which did not fit this new one. You’re very pleased with this company‘s honesty and swiftness, especially during a pandemic. There were no more questions asked after we sent all information needed. They replaced everything free of charge and shipped To us from the European Net World Sports Co. Happy customers 😊 Mr & Mrs Watkins”

“Earlier I had given this company a bad review based on a wrong order I had received which was a 3' x 16' net instead of a 7' x 16' net. However, I sent them an email about this while not expecting any results and within a week I received a new set of nets with the correct measurement. Now, I regret my earlier bad review. Overall, this turned out to a very satisfactory experience.”

“We ordered a 12×6 goal, fantastic product and price. We paid for next day delivery but it took a few days to arrive. I contacted them and they refunded the delivery cost without me even asking. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend them”

“I ordered a 20x30 golf net for an impulse practice area in my barn. I placed my orderJune 28th. Please understand I didn’t realize this company was in Wales. So I wasn’t sure if this was a scam or not. Trust me they are the real deal. I received notification on Wednesday July 1st may netting was on its way. I chose regular ground delivery, I tracked it threw FedEx tracking. To my surprise my net made it from Wales to Mechanicsburg, Ohio by 2:30 Friday July 3rd. I not going to lie I expected it to take least two weeks. I wish some of the US companies could get my product this quick.”
