Netflorist doesn’t care about you as customers. I missed a call for my Valentine’s Day delivery yesterday and called back to arrange that I drive to wherever the delivery guy is to go collect it, and I literally spent half of my day on the phone and still couldn’t get any assistance. The only help I was offered was to have my order delivered the next day. Now it’s the next day, which is Valentine’s Day and I’m told all the drivers are busy and my order will have to wait for another day. What annoys me more is the fact that they are not even willing to let me come collect the order myself since they are too busy to deliver. What a crappy service!

Constantly getting orders wrong! Disgusting. After using them for 10 years, I will NEVER use Netflorist again.

We ordered an arrangement of flowers, from Netflorist. At first we attempted to call them with no success. Eventually we managed to get hold of them, and the agent / employee was extremely unprofessional. He could not assist and dropped the phone whilst we were still talking to him. We order an arrangement of flowers from the website, paid close to R500.00. When the flowers were delivered, it was a bunch of flowers and not an arrangement nor anything to the photos that were advertised on their website. The delivery person shrugged his shoulders, and said well that is what he was given. The service from Netflorist is absolutely shocking to say the least. They advertise one thing and deliver a completely a different thing. They overcharge and to put the cherry on the cake they deliver almost dead flowers. They should be stoped in misrepresenting and misleading the consumers who actually purchase a product of sentimental value. We will be taking this further

Why do Netflorist: 1.Accept payment for stock not available. 2.Not inform you that stock isn't available,so that you can make alternative arrangements. 3.Staff in the corporate division do not know what stock is available and are more interested in earning commission than assisting customers. I ordered a personalized Christmas gift,delivery expected on the 24th December. Payment went through .I received an e-mail and sms to say that A delivery will take place. I thought I'd call and follow up as it seemed the order wasn't movig under my online profile..The call center agent casually informed me on delivery day that there is no more stock .My Christmas plan ruined;thank you Netflorist!! 2nd Scenario We ordered over 20 picnic baskets which isn't cheap. Staff couldn't tell us what stock was available or not. All payments went through ....for items that appeared available but weren't even available....How pathetic and unprofessional Netflorist!!

I always order from Netflorist with no issues, but my last order has been a disaster. Firstly the balloon was never attached when it was delivered to the hospital. Then secondly the fruit was bad and dented, the hospital staff removed it as in Highcare the bad fruit is not allowed. So when i called i was told the balloon will be delivered the next day, 4 days later after being released in hospital it was delivered. But the fruit was never replaced as per the consultant i spoke to, till now nothing. Now i paid nearly R700 for bad fruit late delivery and the occassion was spoilt. Very very poor. They very quick to take your money but when replacing damaged stuff, think again.

Netflorist seriously has to do something about their website. I was frustrated because I couldn't browse through everything. It's not user friendly at all. Perhaps an app that you can download? I really wanted to order a few gifts but I'm not finding what I'm looking for

Unfortunately I have to add one star nothing avaliable for worse, if there was it would be in the pathetic region. Placed a birthday order and paid for it 7th December 2021 to be delivered 9th December. 9th December at 14:30 I recieve a phone call from net florist asking if the contact person is a patient at sunward Park Hospital or a does she work thetr. I confirm she works there but has left for the day and request delivery to pls take place the 10th December delivery before 14:00.At 13:30 the 10th December i phone netflorist to confirm a update on the delivery I am informed the parcel is still at the depot its already a day late and they leave it behind again. I request that they please phone the receiver and ask for a change if delivery address. The call center agent phones me back and says arrangemts have been made with the reciever and parcel will be delivered before 8pm that evening This never happened I phone again the11th December at 08:05am i get told they very sorry but the parcel had not been manufactured yet and that it was out on delivery. Company is pathetic and I hope all can read this so that they know how incopatant netflorist is. I want my money back got another company to deliver a different birthday gift for me and it is done all in one day. We're netflorist can't get a simple birthday gift delivered on the day of the birthday. Like I said pathetic

UNSOLICITED SPAM marketing emails - UNSUBSCRIBE is IGNORED - EMAILS requesting to be deleted from database are IGNORED - MULTIPLE SPAM emails received daily - Happily violating South Africa's spam and privacy laws - Criminals!

Netflorist messed up an order that I made two weeks ago. The mistake isn't the issue: we're all human, mistakes are made. It's the response that has me appalled. I've been trying to get their attention to fix the error for two weeks, and I haven't gotten a single response beyond auto-replies. The customer assistance isn't bad, it's literally non-existent. I have no faith at this point that I'll ever get a response, let alone fix the error. If I could give negative stars, I would. Unbelievable, I would strongly recommend that people use one of the other SA based gift delivery sites.

I tried to place an order for a gift for my sister. After 2 hours of hassling, having the phone cut off 4 times and multiple errors from the website, it was easier to not bother using Netflorist! Instead, I placed an order using Woolworths online that took only 10 minutes to complete ~ hassle free, I might add!

I ordered multiple items for my parents birthdays. One of the items I ordered, personalized socks, was never delivered. they delivered a pen with someone else's name on the box and another empty box. When I reached out, they responded saying my brother signed for the items. With no explanation as to what happened to the missing item. I then followed up with them multiple times but no response in over 5 days. I even explained that my brother who signed for the item didn't know exactly what was supposed to be in the boxes as these items were ordered by me as gifts. I live in the states and will not call them just to be placed on hold for extended times and driving my phone bill up. I have been using their site for quite some time. But after this last incident, I will no longer be using their service.

Ordered a gift for woman's day to be delivered, however nothing arrived, and I heard nothing from the company until I had to connected them. The recipient of the gift even received a sms the day before to say it would be delivered on the day, but nothing arrived. The cause was a supposed technical issue in production, but no one thought to informed the customer. When the order eventually arrived, it was missing items stated in the product description. They are not forth coming with information and their customer service is perthitic. If possible try and use local florist for gifts and such, as this company doesn't value the customer

Never purchasing from them again. Website is user-unfriendly. Select a gift from the "same-day delivery" options - when you get to the checkout page, it forces you to choose a later date, which was 4 days later. Also can't type in street address in the provided greyed-out block. Try calling them, no answer. Send an email, an unhelpful response came 2 weeks later. 2nd time purchased: email me a day after purchase to tell me no stock available. Offer me credit to purchase from them again. Takes forever to respond to my emails. They then sent my recipient a complimentary apology gift, but the flowers were falling apart when it was delivered and flowers were already wilted the next day. Apparently delivery guy also dumped the gift on the bin. Very pathetic service, over-priced gifts and delivery cost. No prompt customer care, bad delivery service. Also they keep spamming my email with adverts, yet i constantly click unsubscirbe from all email, and still get adverts from them. Never ever purchasing from Netflorist again and hope no one else wastes their time with this company. Unproffesional, awful business.

If I could give Netflorist a ZERO I would. I placed an order yesterday for delivery today (the website said I would get it today). It was a time sensitive gift for a loved one. Then earlier today I got an email from Netflorist saying that the item I ordered is out of stock (they should have updated their website so I didn't order the item!!!). I called them and they said I must reply to the email, I told them I needed to speak to someone coz email would take too long. Eventually they tried to help me over the phone. I pushed back and asked if they had the same item in stock in another colour and finally they checked and found something in another colour. Now the issue is that it was 12:20 and so they would not be able to deliver the item today because they said they would need to cancel my original order, and then put in another order which means the new order will come in after 12:00 and thus could not be delivered on the same day. They were completely inflexible even though this was their mistake. Needless to say, I am never using Netflorist again. I found an SME all the way from Mafikeng who will be helping me deliver the same items I needed delivered TODAY.

** DO NOT USE NETFLORIST ** the worst customer service i have ever experienced and i have experienced some bad ones. their delivery ended up being a nightmare for my wife and kids. they refused to allow me to speak to someone in management to try and figure out what happened. stay away from this company.
