I've tried placing an order for the "In Loving Memory" bauble since the beginning of November. I was unable to place the order because their website kept giving an error pop-up message when adding the item to cart. The personalized bauble was meant to be added to our Christmas tree since I lost my grandma this year and it will be our first Christmas without her. I notified the team via their chatbot and spoke to multiple agents over a 3 week period of which none of them bothered to communicate this error to their tech team. Each time I reached out on chat a different agent would offer to assist me and place the order on my behalf. To-date nothing has happened. I then called and requested to speak to the manager. I spoke to the Supervisor of which to-date he hasn't bothered to resolve the issue. Instead asking me to place an order for an alternative despite telling me that the supplier had stock and he's waiting on the tech team to fix the site. It's been almost 2 weeks later and no success with the supervisor either. Overall an entire month with no luck! Why do I need to place an order for an item that is in stock. Today he tells me the item is out of stock again. The service has been nothing but disappointing and shocking. How this business is still operating I don't know. It's almost Christmas and no bauble.

I have now totally missed my sister's birthday because Netflorist has failed to deliver. So disappointing. Will not use them again.

Awful Announced they were going to deliver. Then they didn't. Then.... to top it all off they delivered 5 days later....5 days. They delivered to my girlfriends father who read my personal card. Ridiculously inept... Clown florist.

I am utterly appalled with the pathetic service delivery from Netflorist. I placed an order the night before to ensure it was delivered as early as possible and my order was never delivered I had contact the call center several times throughout the day only to be told the order is out for delivery the day is over and so is the sentiment. It is truly disappointing that we over pay for things in the Hope's that the service delivery would be worth it. Absolutely pathetic service I do not advise anyone to do business with this company furthermore they do not return a clients mail, reviews on hellopeter or assist accordingly telephonically they clearly have no remorse for the pathetic service they provide. This was an extremely important gift that was delivered.

NO delivery took place to date! mothers day ruined for my mom and they took my money. I have emailed them for a week now and no one gets back to me or even bothers to respond. SHOCKING

Bad experience ever, the Capetown branch is the worst. Their manager is unethical. They never deliver as per instructed. A waste of my money. There is no such thing as "Same day delivery" This company must just close doors

There is nothing beautiful about this company their products are second rate and their customer service is none existent . I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a refund for R590 for their normal short delivery and it’s looking like I’ve lost my money. Thieves they are and nobody should use them

I live in the UK & ordered some flowers & chocolates for my mom. Netflorist duplicated my order & charged me twice. Countless emails confirming delivery & that my mom had signed for the gifts. She did not. She landed up receiving 2 lots of flowers but no chocolates. I contacted Netflorist via email on 15th February. Besides an automated response I've had no response, no apology, no refund for undelivered goods to this date. So have been charged for goods not delivered! My mother also contacted them & she got emails back to say the issue had been resolved....which it hadn't. Absolutely appalling service...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst ordering experience in my life! and this coming from someone living in Namibia where service is non-existing. It took me 3 hours of trying to order something online. After which I gave up and contacted my friend in South Africa to do the order for me. She order the exact same thing but somehow paid R117 less than they asked me. Then on 13 February (obviously I ordered something for valentines day), they send a message to the receiver of the gift saying that a "surprise" will be delivered to his place of work tomorrow. knew that, being valentines day, there is a 50% chance they will be too overwhelmed to deliver everything, but now they let the recipient know that something will be arriving and he started looking forward to it. By 4:30 nothing came and I phoned the company to ask what will happen to the gift now that no one will be there to receive it as the office closed at 5. The lady I was talking to did not seem to comprehend what I was saying to her. I tried to tell her to tell the driver to just deliver it the next day, since NO ONE WILL BE THERE TO RECIVE THE PACKAGE. But she just kept saying the driver will deliver it and call the recipient when he is there. By 7:20 that night, while I was talking on Skype to said recipient, my friend send me the email she received saying that the package was delivered and that the recipient singed for it. He phoned his office right away but NO ONE WAS THERE! And of course, when he arrived at his place of work this morning there is no gift to be seen.

First time using Netflorist and I’m extremely disappointed. At payment was told between 4pm and 7pm. I’ve been waiting and checking the website which said out for delivery, 3hrs later it had switched back to order just received and prepping order for delivery?! I’m still waiting , no response to emails with no ETA

The roses were dry and droopy. They used a console jar as a vase. See the pic attached.

I wish I could give a minus rating!! I ordered a Personalized Clock on 22 September 2022 to be delivered to my friend for her birthday on 24 September 2022 in Kuils River. Everything was confirmed with a Receipt via email, but never arrived. No progress was shown on the tracking either. Monday morning my friend received a message asking if she was happy with her delivery on Saturday and luckily she informed me. I followed up via a phone call and was told "sorry, this item is out of stock and we can't tell when new stock will arrive". There was NO communication from their side at all. This is totally unacceptable!! Needless to say, I asked for a refund. This was the first time I ordered something from Netflorist, but also the last time. No apology whatsoever!!

I ordered flowers for my 85 year old Mother on the 29th August 2022 for delivery on the 2nd September 2022. It never arrived at all no did I receive any feed back as to why it was not delivered. Will not use their service again !!!
