“Although product is of quality, believe it is a bit overpriced. A lower price would likely motivated far more buyers. I got compliments on this new nametag; however, when I mentioned the cost, they did not ask how they could also order. We have several hundred USO BWI volunteers, and thousands across USO.”

While we did take longer than usual to produce your badge (6 business days instead of our standard 3), we recognize that any delay can be disappointing, and we apologize for falling short of your expectations. Your order shipped on May 23rd and was delivered on June 3rd, which unfortunately included time in transit that’s outside our control. That said, we’re always working to improve both our turnaround times and communication so customers feel informed every step of the way.
