“99% of the time the badges have been perfect, worked out the kinks of new design in early stages, We are on opposite coasts so shipping is the only down fall, I wish I could do 4.5 stars as they have been a great small company to work with.”

“I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. I ordered on March 26 and still have not received it on April 13. The USPS brought my order to NH, never attempted delivery and have now moved it to Kansas City, Kansas. They have failed you, but ultimately you chose to use them to ship your product. Very disappointed and I would be wary of recommending you to my co-workers or anyone else. ***UPDATE*** After contacting NiceBadge, they shipped a replacement for my order which I recieved in about 7 days. Appears to be good quality.”

We shipped your order within our standard production timeline, and under normal circumstances, it would have arrived within the promised 6–9 business days. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and in this case, it’s clear that USPS has not handled your shipment as expected. While delivery delays like this are rare, we take your concerns seriously. At this point, we’re considering your original shipment as lost in transit and are actively preparing a replacement order for you right away. “Buy fearless! Service has always been fast and accurate. The one time I needed to reach out to customer service they were courteous helpful, and quickly resolved my issue (a payment problem unrelated to product) Happy, repeat customer”
