“This is my second order from Nice Badge. The first was great and I was always complimented on the badges, but the customer service on my second order was phenomenal! I needed custom colors and my new logo on the jewel swoosh badges. I sent them the files and color codes and they designed and added them to the website for me. They are absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely be ordering from them again!”

“I made a purchase on April 21st and it is now May 7th and I still have not received my item. I have not received a response to my email requesting a status update. I am hoping for a refund and will not waste my time with this place.”

“This is my second Nice Badge. The first featured a logo with my name on a nice size font. For the newest badge, I wanted my name only with no logo. All looked fine online during the ordering process, but when I received the badge the font size of my name is small. It works, but I am pretty disappointed in the differences in font sizes between the two name badges.”

“Customer service and employees lack of awareness is awful. After paying for an order I never received, calling Nicebadge, and no one know what was going on was complete disappointment so I refunded my purchase after almost a month.”
