“I ordered two Joules vests which were reduced at Nichols Online at a good price. I could not find these in stock anywhere else easily. They arrived speedily and were well wrapped. They are very good quality and I was very pleased with the service.”

“My experience was exceptional, Abbey Jones dealt with my e-mail regarding purchasing a rain jacket and she searched to see which if any shops had this item being deleted left in the size i requested.I did not hold out much hope but i was nicely surprised when i read my e-mail to find she had tracked one down and better still i got it at the discounted price as she had okayed it with her manager.I received it 3-4 days later and my wife was thrilled.I call this customer service going the extra mile as they say.”

“Ordered coat on Thursday night. Received email straightaway to confirm. Email next day to say coat had been dispatched. Coat arrived Saturday morning. It was also cheaper that baying from the Barbour shop. Thank you for such a prompt service. I have never ordered from you before but will do so again.”
