“First time I had used this shop and I was delighted. Firstly the products I bought were lovely and wrapped perfectly in tissue paper, exactly as described and a great price. “Had visited the store prior to my online order looking for a Kath Kidson Lanyard. The one I wanted wasn't available so I opted to use the Kath Kidson website direct, only to find the package and posting was extremely high and very unreasonable considering the product size and weight. I tried Nicholls online and found that they provide a value for money postage and packing service and even discounted me a further £1 by liking their facebook page. Parcel arrived pretty swiftly and well packed too. Will definitely be using this online service again. Thanks Nicholls.”

“I bought three tunics from Nicholls Online. Delivery was free and amazingly quick - they arrived a day and a half after I'd ordered them. Everything was nicely wrapped. After trying them on I decided to only keep one, and I posted the other two back, tracked postage. I did have to pay for this myself, but that's fair enough. The refund was equally quick. It was all trouble free and they seem to be super efficient. I would happily use Nicholls Online again.”

“I really can't fault the level of service I received from Nicholls Online. My Voyage cushions arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Furthermore, I was given a really accurate time estimate for delivery, which didn't cost me extra as it does with a lot of companies. I will definitely use them again.”
