“Absolutely fantastic, the item wasn't online so I phoned in the hope that the item could be posted to me. I was over the moon with the friendly helpful Service from the 2 ladies that I spoke to. The item arrived the next morning, couldn't ask for any better 5 stars all round Thank you”

“My lovely Joules Jacket arrived quickly, very well packaged and was just as I wanted. Nichols kept me updated with the progress of my ordered and it arrived on the date they stated. All in all a great shopping experience made even better by having my Jacket at a brilliant price. Can thoroughly recommend this Company.”

“Both my orders arrived promptly. In the second order one of the bowls was chipped, I phoned Nicholls and it was sorted out immediately. The replacement bowl arrived as promised a couple of days later. Excellent service.”
