“At the end of November I bought a hat for my husband for Christmas. It didn't fit and was returned December 28th and refunded on December 30th. Excellent service from the lady on the phone and the returns department. Now I just want to visit the shop to buy a replacement. A big thank you to all concerned. Will definitely keep in touch with your the website.”

“To start with I had problems tracing an item. I found it on this website and ordered it but omitted to complete the order properly. I received an email the following day to advise and completed the order. the item was received the following day without carriage costs in good order. “Having been let down by 2 other jewellers who took my order and then cancelled a day later wasting my time, the staff at Nicholls Online checked for me if the item was in stock and made sure it arrived in time for Christmas. Very happy with service and product. Price was also lower than the other 2 jewellers so happier still. ????”

“excellent customer service, had to speak to someone on the phone and confirm delivery before Christmas even ordering just one week before. Delivered in 3 days and was able to track all the way, had constant e-mails updating on progress. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family. Well done Nicholls.”
